After a very short time, during a process where i needed yoga so much, it just showed up in my life. Even i had a very active life with running and cycling, i wasn't feeling completed and yoga was like a medicine that could make me slow down and enjoy my breath.

Writing about my story was the hardest part of this website. I have written and deleted too many times as the sentences have not reflected me at all. As i was overthinking to how write i was missing the feeling of myself. So then i started again.

I have been practicing yoga since 2015. After graduating from English Translation and Interpretation in Hacettepe University, i moved to Istanbul and started to work in companies. After a very short time, during a process where i needed yoga so much, it just showed up in my life. Even i had a very active life with running and cycling, i wasn't feeling completed and yoga was like a medicine that could make me slow down and enjoy my breath. It was only 4 month that i was practicing but my teacher Chris Chavez supported me to take his teacher training. It was a very hard decision to take for me, as i have just started to understand what yoga is. I didn't know during those times that you don't have to be ready to try something, feeling ready is enough. So i could attend his training last minute by just  showing up in front of the class. After that one year tt, i joined to internship program following by assistantship process to my teacher Zeyneb Uras.

The rest was easy and quick. I have already understood my dharma in this life. It was in front of my nose. I have renounced all the fruits and enjoyed to the end. During this 3 years process i had great opportunities to learn from great teachers such as Meghan Currie, Dylan Werner, Elena Brower, Carlos Pomeda. Now i am teaching in Cihangir Yoga which was like a dream for me.

Here is my weekly schedule, see you on the mat somewhere!
